Katie,
I am a broadband user and had absolutely no problems.

Everyone,

It sounds as though a firewall issue may be preventing the broadband
users from accessing the Bibles. However, the Transfer Tool uses the
same facility to check for updates as it does to display the list of
Bibles. So, if you can perform the check for updates function to
update the BookCourier firmware then you should be able to access the
Bibles. Presumably, all of the broadband users have updated their
Transfer Tools and performed a check for updates. For all those
experiencing the Bible access problem, I'd be interested to know if
you had difficulties with the check for updates.

Thanks,
Katie
