We generally call them moon bags, and, yes have a couple of them, but more for
specific things - the one has my KSonar etc. in it, and the other one has my
portable guitar amplifier and cables in it that lets me play my MP3 players to
multiple people at the same time if I want to.

I do also have a couple of different backpacks/rucksacks, but they're larger
and more for taking items to functions, etc., like camping gear, or clothes
around, and I do actually also use the laptop specific carrying backpack that
you get form the one local computer dealer franchise as my form of a briefcase,
etc.

Stay well

When it was "acceptable" I used a fanny pack, not sure what you called them
over there, but they clip on like a belt and have a good sized pouch. Always
liked the "utility belt" superheroes wear, but to sit down or drive you even
need to remove fanny packs, so I don't expect utility belts to become a trend.
It the digital age I think the extra pockets in clothing will have to suffice.
We guys need to carry more gear, than we used to. I'll never be ready to carry
a purse, LOL!

Hi Jake. Yeh, that's a good idea.
I baught myself a man bag last year.
But don't really wantto carry it around, since it maybe looks a bit ladyish,
and some oke might try to steal it.

The jacket sounds very cool, and that's what i also do, but what do you do in
the summer?

Just thinking that not too sure if it's common for anyone else, but pretty
much always use these sort of camping-wear, multi-pocket jackets since it means
I never have to remember where have left anything since all my important things
have their pockets/places in these jackets - almost like my man version of a
handbag, or something.

In any case, I also have a few different ones, and while I work in
corporate IT, which means don't have to dress too formally, my sort of current
primary one is a blue denim one, with around 5 different size pockets on
outside, and 4 inner pockets, all of which zip closed, and my prior, slightly
more formal one is a plain black one with even more different sized pockets
which either zip closed, or use velcro to close up, but I do also have a couple
of older khaki ones, and at least one sort of camo jacket, and while you can
buy them from places like outdoors warehouse shops, the last 2 I got at the
boksburg flea market for like R80 each, which is a nice cheap price compared to
places like trappers traders warehouse which sell them for like over R300 for
brand names like jeep, etc., but anyway.

Anyway, was just wondering if any other guys wear things like this, since,
like said, it means always know where my wallet, keys, cellphone, flash drive,
etc. etc. are, and all I need to do on way out door is pick up jacket, and
there's everything, in place, etc.?
