Hi, Everyone.
Chicken thighs are on sale this week, and I have a tray in my fridge.
I'm thinking I'll freeze some, but want to be able to use the rest,
and try something new--I usually just make shoyu (soy sauce and brown
sugar) chicken, or chicken adobo (chicken in a vinegar, garlic, onion
sauce). I've tried a few online recipes for oven fried chicken, but
haven't been very successful. But I'm always willing to try and
troubleshoot where I need to.
What's your favorite way to use chicken?
