Miriam, that is a lie. No such thing is happening. What happened is that Apple 
patented the technology so that no one else could  develop it and sell it to 
phone vendors. Apple patents thousands of pieces of technology each year to 
prevent others from bringing it to market. There isno evidence that Apple will 
ever use it in any phone they sell.

Unfortunately,  I haven't posted the recent articles about how Apple is 
arranging with law enforcement to install something in I phones which allows 
the police to remotely turn off people's cameras when a police action is taking 
place.  That will cut down on all the videos of what happens when police stop 
people of color.
