Let's put it this way. Trump, as a politician, is not just another
politician applying to administer the ruling class's state apparatus. He
is a member of the ruling class. He is a member of the ruling class who
has deigned to dabble in ruling class politics directly. As I have
pointed out before, there are factions in the ruling class and Trump
represents one of those factions. He may very well be a faction of only
one. If by establishment you mean the ruling class then he is part of
the establishment. If by establishment you mean a majority or large
faction of the ruling class then he is not quite so establishment.

Alice, even though Trump is trying to market himself as being outside of the establishment, I firmly believe that ever since the republican party leaders capitulated and allowed him to be their nominee, he now **is** the stablishment. I just think he hopes that his sheep won’t realize that.

that’s not exactly what I would define as “establishment.” Trump himself prides himself on being not part of the political establishment, and his followers and his evil spawn aren’t either.

Alice, did you read where I said **the establishment**, meaning
the ruling elite is doing the laughing. All of the things you
mention are being visited on the common man, and not the rich
Trump buddies that share in his country club mentality. Do you
really think when the Trump kids land their helicopters on the
deck of the Trump Princess (all 281 feet of it) and have
cocktails they are really saddened by all that you mentioned? I
think not I think they are laughing all the way to the bank. It is
like when baby Bush was questioned about the tragedy of 9-11 and
he was giggling and snickering like a 10 year old school girl.

Really? You think anyone is laughing at the incredible violence,
hatred, bigotry, ruthlessness, utter lack of moral compass or
conscience simmering just below the surface at those Trump
rallies? And it doesn’t always stay below the surface, and there
are tens, hundreds of thousands of others just like them who are
not in the spotlight as attendees at rallies and conventions. I
don’t think the establishment is laughing. It’s even fairly
obvious that the establishment of Trump’s own party is running
scared, finally having woken up. Let’s not make the same mistake
that too many people made during the rise of the Nazis, with all
those throngs with much the same bubbling up in them, too that too
many people did not take seriously. The resentment toward the
groups accused by Trump and his followers of being responsible for
all their woes and discontent is incredibly virulent and it’s no
holds barred once they step over the line of shouting epithets and
going into attack mode.

Yes, number four is people who are just plain pissed off and
want to poke the establishment in the eye.

Hi all,
I've come to the following conclusion regarding Trump
voters. I'll put
them
into three categories:
1. Racist whites who believe in white supremacy over all
other races. I
would hope this is a relatively small number of people,
but who the F
knows
anymore.
2. The majority of Trumt voters are disillusioned and
fearful. They have
lost all hope and are grasping at the false hope that
Trump will be a sort
of messiah who will lead America out of a dark place. I'd
say many of them
are either living on less than they once did orare working
longer hours to
maintain economic status quo. They believe that imigrants
are either taking
away their jobs or sponging off of our social programs.
3. those wealthy folks who would never vote for a Democrat.
Have I left anyone out?
