Hello, fellow ladder climbers,
Now since we are a fairly new group, so to speak, I rather like the idea of
everyone starting at Ground 0: that is with all starting at Richard's Elo
rating of 1400, if that is what Mike has in mind. As most of us know from
experience, the cream would quickly rise to the top in time and establish
themselves as the one to try to emulate.
