Hi, Richard.
What does everyone think about starting the ladder with a clean slate?
Then, first come first serve.
As people contact you about joining the ladder, they're added on.
Everyone who joins the list is placed at the bottome of the ladder.
The ladder will sort itself out as people challenge up.
Then, people can join any time without regard to their Bllind Chess rating.
