Hi Hugh,

The statement from April 26 involving the 3 weeks has been totally thrown out.
That was the old rules, smiles.
The statement sent out yesterday, April 28, is the new and revised rules.

I hope this clarifies everything.

Hello, friend,

I am not too sure. but do both of these pertain to the same thing? Or is there
some difference?

From April 26:

7. If the challenged player does not take up a legitimate challenge within that
three weeks, the game is forfeit.

from April 28:

6. A scheduled game must begin within three days or the

defender forfeits.

Then, too, even though you mentioned it earlier, you might stress the time
restriction: that is local time to count as a day.
