I am not too sure. but do both of these pertain to the same thing? Or is there
some difference?
From April 26:
7. If the challenged player does not take up a legitimate challenge within that
three weeks, the game is forfeit.
from April 28:
6. A scheduled game must begin within three days or the
defender forfeits.
Then, too, even though you mentioned it earlier, you might stress the time
restriction: that is local time to count as a day.
