Hi Cindy, The last question I had about a book was answered by Jennifer Sutton, who told me she is in charge of book approvals from the admin queue. She asked me to use the volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx link the next time I had a question aboout a book so that the staff would see it. John Gllass is in charge of customer service. I have never used the above mentioned link, hoowever, so have no idea of how long it takes for the staff to see it. I would probably be inclined to address it directly to Jennifer at her benetech address if it needed immediate attention, as Jim's concern does if he is to get the credits for his subscription renewal. Hope this helps, Sue S. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Grandma Cindy" <popularplace@xxxxxxxxx> To: <bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Sunday, June 03, 2007 2:20 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] where to write O.K. There seems to be a distinction that I wasn't aware of before and am still not quite sure of waht to do when. I went back and looked again, and under Support I found the address of support@xxxxxxxxxxxxx, to be used for technical support. I assume that means questions that have to do with problems submitting or uploading? I think I used that address to write about the misspelling of an author's name which resulted in a book being in the wrong place, and the problem was corrected. Now I wonder if I wrote to the wonrg place or if that kind of question is also considered technical support. I think, Jim, the volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx would be the right address for you to use--and I hope I gave it to you before without the s at the end of volunteer because I had it wrong on my list. :-( Cindy ____________________________________________________________________________________ Luggage?
