Blank pages don't need to be kept if they are before or after the core content
of the book, but PLEASE keep all blank pages (and preferably put the page
numbers on them) between the start and end of the main text part of the book.

How many title pages must be included? I'm openly
asking out of curiosity because I always include all
and the blank pages between them, bur somebody else
might not want to. And I might not bother if they
aren't in the scan and I don't have to.
