Wow, now that's an improvement that should cut down on about 200 or 300 
messages a year on the volunteer list, and that's only the side 
benefit.  The primary benefit of course will be to make it easier for
many 
of the validaters.
Did I say 200 to 300?  Maybe it should be 400 to 500.
