Wow, now that's an improvement that should cut down on about 200 or 300
messages a year on the volunteer list, and that's only the side
benefit. The primary benefit of course will be to make it easier for many
of the validaters.
Did I say 200 to 300? Maybe it should be 400 to 500.

Funny that you should mention text files today. You now have the capability to upload txt files as rtf on step two. This should help to cut down on page breaks being lost during the editing process.
