Isn't there a feature on your email service that allows you to chose not
to receive your own message?

Not that I know of. Why don't you ask Free Lists. If they don't have a
way, then they will at least know that someone is interested in the
feature.

Is there some way to ask the list software not to send me copies of my
own
messages?
