Which book was it? I had two holds removed recently from books I submitted
where proofers vanished. If it was one of those, it's still free even if the
file name does indicate it has a hold.

Hi everyone,
This note is strictly to save my reputation.
I checked out a book and downloaded it. I saw no hold. However when I
found the file on my computer, the filename indicated the book was on hold.
I released it, reported it, and erased it. Don't want to be considered
among the (jiffy proofreader) crowd.
