You can. They will remove the hold for if you forget to change the file name
though. I found that out by accident. LOL.

I think it should be okay for you to proofread that. What I think happened
is that there used to be a hold on it and that hold was removed. The words
indicating that previous hold would remain in the file name.

Hi everyone,

This note is strictly to save my reputation. 

I checked out a book and downloaded it.  I saw no hold.  However when I
found the file on my computer, the filename indicated the book was on hold.
I released
it, reported it, and erased it.  Don't want to be considered among the
(jiffy proofreader) crowd.
