I'm surprised that this was too long. I've written long synopses much longer than this and had no trouble uploading the book. I moved your synopsis to WOrd and did a word count. It only had 64 words and 372 characters, including spaces, so something else must have been wrong. Maybe it was the ISBN. I think someone recently posted that if you don't have an ISBN number you must be in no number available--but that does not seem to jibe with the fact that you can omit it if you have a long synopsis. Your synopsis, as I said, isn't very long. What happens in Los Angeles? Does it say anywhere, e.g., the back flap of the cover? As I suggested in my earlier post, if you mail it to Claire she'll put it in the long synopsis for you--or maybe Carrie can do that, too, now.
