I’ve hit the Index. Is any special treatment given to subentries that are
indented under the main entry? For example:
astrology, 171-176
FH’s belief in, vx-xvi, 15, 65, 75 [etc]
Maybe the connection is obvious, even when both main and subentries are
left-aligned?
