Dear Tif!

You made that so easy!!! It's perfect now! The lines were never too long on my
other books. Computers throw such unexpected curves. But you solved my problem
and I can't believe it took less than a minute. I'll save your oh so helpful
advice. Thank you.

Always with love,

Lissi

Sounds like it could be your zoom settings.
  1. open the view menu with alt V
  2. open the zoom dialogue box with Z
  3. arrow up or down to pagewidth.
  4. push enter.
The dialogue box will close and hopefully you will be able to read the book
better now.
And no, this won't affect the uploading of the book or the ability for
others to read it later.

    Dear Volunteers,

Here I am, 7 books validated and 2 waiting for approval and I still get
stumped with something in every new book.

The text lines in the rtf file I'm working on are too long to fit on my
screen and Jaws won't read the bits that don't fit. I'm using Windows XP and
Microsoft Word. Is there a way of narrowing the margins so all of the text will
be read? If I do this, will it confuse the system when I upload the validated
book?

What I can read of the scan sounds very accurate.

    Thanks in advance

    Always With Love,

    Lissi
