Hi Angel,
In Addition to Marty, when she said your screen maximized??? you
should press alt plus space bar and X and it will maximize your
screen. If that doesn't work, then it's your keyboard. A pop up
block is easy to figure out and pretty obvious if you are getting one.
Well, good luck though. I think you should wait for an expert to
answer and help you but I was just sharing what I know. Thanks!
