If one or two pages are missing in a book, rather than rejecting the book, please post to this list and somebody will get the book. Reject a book if it has massive errors throughout such as cut off lines on many many pages. for a couple of missing pages, somebody can scan them, send them to you and you can insert them into the book and approve it.
