Mike and all,
If you have one of your validations returned to the download list, first
look at the book's history and see if there is an informative comment from
an admin explaining why the book was returned. If not, you can write to
Gustavo or Marissa and ask them why a particular book has been returned.
Once you know you can probably sort the problem out very quickly.
