 I went to My Bookshare to renew what I needed to (the link isn'tthere yet
so I'll try again tomorrow)
 I saw a notice that a book en titled The Blood of Olympus is available
 This reminded me hat there is a children's series called Heroes In
Training that my grandchildren (ages 6 - 8 realy liked; the younger ones
liked it too, but they're not quite reading by themselves yet. Still they
liked the stories;  the Greek gods are in a sort of academy being trained;
I was/am afraid that the first one, about Zeus, might be a little scary
for the 5-year-old (I haven't heard from my daughter yet). as Zeus looses
his thunderbolts to kill the Titans who are eating the humans on earth
(that's a scary idea, isn't it?)

The other books I want to suggest if they aren't any in the collection are
books that use the children's names in the story. My daughter reminded me
about those and I have to go look now and see if I can find any. She said
they're able to recognize their names and would get a great kick of reading
stories in i which "they" are characters
 I wish all of you a wonderful Christmas or Chanukah or Kwanzaa or winter
solstice whatever holiday it is you celebrate at this time of year (
 and of course a happy and, I hope healthy and pain-free 2015
