Indeed, this is the case Mike, I like the analogy.
But a beginner, becomes an intermediate and an expert by scanning and
submitting, asking questions, getting rejections, learning from his/her
mistakes.
Can you believe it, I have been volunteering for Bookshare now four years!
It just came to me and I am still learning things about the process, smile.
Jane and Mike keep submitting, and everyone keep asking questions.
