One of the problems of rejected books is that they are rejected by
individuals who may or may not view things in the same way.
Your book in one person's hands may be deemed perfectly acceptible;
another individual, who goes beyond minimal guidelines, may deem the book
unacceptible.
It's akin to umpiring a baseball or officiating a football game; there are
rules to guide the oversight, those doing the oversight, and this may vary
on a given day, do their own valuations as to how to implement.
