Unless the flaps contain little or no information, I always put them in at the
beginning of the book. That is rarely the case in my experience.
Usually, they contain a blurb of the book, and often some info about the
author. The blurb can be handy when someone may have downloaded the book some
time ago and may have forgotten what it’s about.
Besides, sighted people get to read the info on the flaps when they get a book,
so why shouldn’t Bookshare members get to read it as well?

The title and author's name appear on the title page that's inside the book so
maybe the cover &flap info aren't necessary; I think I won't bother putting
them in the revision unless people want them
