Hi Sue and Jake, I think we need to see how things unfold instead of thinking they may not. As we all I hope know Bookshare is running on some thin strings. I have also worked with some other online organizations and like we use to say. What they do in house is not always what we want in the out house:) Let's try to be patient and see how some of the new changes unfold. I don't keep track of the numbers of books that get put into the admin queue weekly but it would be nice to see a 1 to 2 week turn around. At the point they hit that queue most of the work I would imagine is done. Also moving toward a first in first out approach would seem logical. But then again I'm just one of us here in the out house:) Have a good night and happy reading which is already in progress!
