Out of curiosity... Is Gustavo the only person on the staff who can
approve books? I'm wondering about that since I thought maybe
approval might also fall under Jennifer's domain once she's
settled. In most companies, the general manager delegates things
like this to another staff member while still keeping an eye on things.
