That's certainly a popular book!!Of 30 copies held by the Los Angeles Public Library system all but one are checked out. And it's a big book--0over 900 pages!! If no one has taken it by the time I finish some things I'm already working on, I'll take it--but it's apparently the sixth in a series, and I haven't read the first five. I know that someone here is a Gabaldon fan, but I don't remember who it is. Perhaps someone else would enjoy validating this book. Or is fixing line feeds too tedious for averyone but me. I'm validating a book now where the only problem is the line feeds, which leaves huge gaps in sentences and between sentence, but I don't mind just deleting them a putting the space between the words when necessary. I find that reading books that I wouldn't normally choose to read is surprisingly enjoyable. I'm not a big fantasy or sci fi fan, but there were a couple that I did that I enjoyed and that are memorable. I'll add it to my list of books to do and if it's still there in a week or two I'll take it and put in a request for it.
