I just submitted a book quality report on your behalf. Will let you know
when I get a notification about it.
Sue - to reiterate Monica's suggestion, do let us know if there are
particular book reports that have fallen through the cracks. We have a
pretty meticulous system for tracking these in place and so if something
is tripping up we definitely want to look into it right away.

What concerns me is that the difficulties do not relate to individual
words, which could be corrected by a spell-check, but that the words
themselves are jumbled and out of order. I can't help wondering whether
that happened after, rather then before, the book got on the system.

There is a book in the system by David Baldacci called Absolute
Power. It should be titled Absolute Disgrace. It is hard for me to
understand how a book with that many errors could be on the system, and
my guess is that it has been on the system for some time. If you
disagree with the comment, try reading it.
