I have reported two books; the first took several months to be rescanned but
the last was done very quickly. I am reading the last one now and so far the
scan is excellent.

It doesn't seem to do much good to file a quality report. You get a message
from one of the staff saying it will be "looked into", but nothing is done in a
lot of cases. That one needs to be withdrawn and rescanned.

What concerns me is that the difficulties do not relate to individual words,
which could be corrected by a spell-check, but that the words themselves are
jumbled and out of order. I can't help wondering whether that happened after,
rather then before, the book got on the system.

There is a book in the system by David Baldacci called Absolute Power. It
should be titled Absolute Disgrace. It is hard for me to understand how a book
with that many errors could be on the system, and my guess is that it has been
on the system for some time. If you disagree with the comment, try reading it.
