I might have read the message wrong, but my understanding was that she was asking if the page breaks are likely to be correct if the headers appear at the tops of pages. I understood tops of pages to refer to the electronic page breaks in which case they would be likely to be correct. Of course just having headers in the file because they existed at the top of print pages means nothing. They are only useful if they immediately follow each page break in the file. I hope which ever was ment the answer was clear to the person who asked. :-)

Actually, all you can imply from the page numbers, chapter headers, etc.
being present is that the stripper hasn't yet done its work.
