Dear Booksharian Friends,
I’m on the final stretch proofreading a super cookbook written by a neighbor’s
sister for her family. It’s copyrighted so it qualifies for Bookshare and I
love the recipes which date from the 1950s to the present.
After the family recipes is a section added by the cookbook publishing company
of kitchen tips which includes a monster two page table which would translate
in braille to scrambled mush. I tried to delete it to translate it to text. I
highlighted all of it and pressed delete. All of the text in the zillions of
boxes disappeared but the rows and rows of boxes remained, all empty. I’ve
tried and tried to delete those entire pages and they won’t go away!
Can anyone suggest something I can do? I don’t think I can leave them in like
that adding in two extra pages with the texted versions of them.
