Hello Gary,
Are you trying to enter the ISBN on the page that is direct after you
browse
for your book and enter the language? If so, then don't enter the ISBN
there, enter it on the next page where the title, author, copyright, etc
info is entered. I hope this helps and if not then...I'm sorry; give it a
few hours.
