I don't get that far. I enter the isbn, upload the book, get to the
title-author page and all is blank. The isbn on the copyright and cover
agree. There is no statement of error.
Here is the isbn.
978-0-7394-8276-6
I have never had this happen before.

I don't know if this applies to your situation or not, but I discovered
something earlier today. I was submitting a book I had just scanned and
when I got to the last step it just hung there telling me that I should
wait while my submission was being processed. Then I remembered
something that works on other web sites when I issue a command and
nothing seems to happen. This is a JAWS command, so if you do not use
JAWS there might be another way to issue the same command. I just
pressed the insert key and the escape key together and the screen
instantly changed and my book was uploaded.
