No, because most likely, the foreign words and names have the diacritical marks in the hard copy that didn't scan well if the person who is scanning didn't set their scanning software for the foreign language as the secondary language. I have gotten the hard copy of a few books so I could enter the proper accented letters that were unaccented in the scan.
