Hi Netta,
I can help with a few of your questions.
Most of the book files that I get from bookshare to proof do not have any
section breaks in them, so yes, it is certainly possible.
To change the paper size:
Hit the alt key to bring up the menues. Arrow right to get to page layout.
Hit enter. Tab to get to the size button. Hit the space bar. Arrow down
to get to the size you need. Hit enter.
Sorry I don't know how to get to the symbols. I know that I did it, but
I don't remember what I did. I hope that what I said helps; good luck!

Hello Guys,
I have a few proofing questions.....
1. Is it possible for all of the sections breaks not to be present in a
document? I have done the find and replace function ^b...^p^m^p and have no
results. The same thing happened with another book iI started proofing also.
So, I am wondering if this possible or something I am doing wrong.
2. How do I change the paper size in my document? I am a JAWS user so I have
never bother with paper size and etc...
3. I think it was Susan who told how to correctly get to the word options in
2007 but now that I have conquered that...where is the ... symbol key? I
mean really I never knew that there was a symbol for ... :-)
4. Each word of the title of the book is set on a different line, like this:
The
Last
Temptation
and all of the accompanying material (title page, copyright info, publisher,
etc...) is on its own separate line as well. So my question is do I move the
text or leave for a sighted proofer? (I would rather leave for a sighted
proofer as I am still scared or rather shaky about proofing and bumming up
the work).
