[bksvol-discuss] Problems uploading

Hi everyone,
I am writing because I am out of ideas, and was hoping for a little guidance
from the "pros". :) I have finally finished validating Second Chance by
Daniel Steel (great thanks to Cindy for sending me the missing pages), but
regardless of what I try, I am unable to upload the book for approval. I
continuously receive an error indicating that the file I am attempting to
upload is not an rtf file. Well, the file started out as rtf, I have never
changed it to any other format, and it is still rtf as far as windows is
concerned. The original file name was Second_Chance_f1.rtf. I have tried
replacing the underscores with spaces, but to no avail. I have also tried
removing the "f1", but still receive the same error. Any suggestions or
ideas would be greatly appreciated! I hate to keep this book out any longer
than necessary. Oh yeah, and the file type listed on the upload form itself
definitely has rtf listed as the selected format. *shrug*
