Jill,
The book has to be converted to RTF prior to upload, but there's no reason
why you can't wait until you're ready to upload it before converting it to
RTF. There may even be advantages to waiting until the last moment to
convert it and validating it in the KES format.

Kellie, If you are validating a book that is in KES format, do you change it
to RTF before validating or afterward?
