That happens sometime with me and Optibook 3600. Try going into the choose a
scanner menu and releasing the TWAIN. If the box is checked then uncheck it. If
the box is unchecked then check it. I usually have to play around with this
many, many times and if all else fails...I just call Larry...*smile* Hopefully,
this will work for you and I didn't confuse you more.
