Wow, Kaitlyn, what a deal! <Smile> I've always thought it would be
interesting to participate in a sleep study. I have a huge problem with
insomnia, and I've often wondered if I might have a sleep disorder. I'm
glad you'll be able to have your PC with you. Take care!

Hi Cindy,
Well, always pushing the envelop:) Actually you go in for 26 hours but the sleep time is your basic nights sleep. The read of the time you can watch movies, bring your computer in and read or go online, etc. So I will have some time to be on the computer without and distractions:)

Wait a minute, Kailyn. Aren't you supposed to be sleeping? I've heard of multi-tasking, but validating while sleeping seems a bit much (smile).

Hi Dave,
No, I haven't downloaded the manual. I will have to do it in all of my stair time, LOL:) It's seems I go 17 to 18 hours a day. One good things is it looks like I am going to be part of a sleep study here at OHSU. That means in the 26 hours I am there every couple of weeks I should get a lot more validating done:)

Hi Kaitlyn,
On my Dell 8000 the normal battery takes up the right slot on the bottom front, while a battery can be purchased for the left slot which usually has the floppy drive. Both slots are the same size, but mirror images of each other so the right battery won't fit in the left slot. Have you downloaded a manual from the Dell web site? They are in html format and read well. You download it as an exe file and it unpacks to a number of files.
