Has not listening to the radio affected your sleep habits, i.e., do you fall asleep faster than when you listened? I would think meditating and reconnective energy would be beneficial. Iused to listen to music on the radio and also at one put to records -- classical --I never knew, Sue, that the proper term was "serious" music. smile. I would fall asleep quite quickly but the click when the radio timer or the phonograph went off would wake me up. :-) Is the Art Bell program music or talk radio? THe latter gets me so upset that I never listen.
