Hmmm... Is there a table of contents?  I ran into a similar situation with
Kurzweil 14, and I was able to find them by knowing which chapter began on
which page.  It's a pain, and Kurzweil really does need to fix that... But
hey, it works! <Smile>

Well, the subject says it.  I have a book that is producing nearly perfect
scans but there are absolutely no page title or hpage.

eaders.  Is this book acceptable or what should I do.  I haven't found an
ISBN either.
