Sandi and I did a series of books out of copyright, some printed overseas, that had very few page numbers. Very odd, so we added them in. One books had no page number until like 63, and only like 5 in the whole book. I think the author was Susan Coolidge. Books before the early 70’s have no ISBN and they weren’t the norm till mid/late 70’s.
