Jamie, thanks for the help, it's not even here yet. I think it comes on my
birthday which is tuesday smile. How cool is that. Anyway if I need help I'll

Would it help if I described the picture of the phone and what they call
which button? And if so, how exactly? Like start at the top left and go across?
Then again, when I got my new phone (not a Motorola) and I had to call tech
support for help, the guy got so frustrated with me he actually asked me was
there anyone else at my house he could speak with!
Cell phones and I don't exactly get along. But I'm willing to try if that
will help.
