I think either way would be fine, whichever is easier for you to create.
Preferences will vary amongst readers, but the tools can handle either

Hi all,
In the book I'm currently working on, there are a few calendars with events
written on the dates. What is the best way to include these? Should I
create it as a table, with a cell for each day? Or would a list of the
dates be easier for the tools to read?
