Hi Kellie,
I tend to find that reading itself can become sluggish while recognizing images. It's not too much to hold off usually. I've got a decent processor, an AMD 64bit 3200+. I'm wondering if the onboard sound I have in this computer is part of my sluggishness though.

Hi Jake,
If you have a reasonably fast computer, reading while recognizing presents
no problem at all. If your computer is slower, then the program may respond
sluggishly to keyboard commands while recognizing, but it doesn't result in
crashes--only user frustration. <lol>
