I think Arial 2 is like Times New Roman 20. At least, that's where it
puts me when I change the font to TNR. It just doesn't stay TNR. Odd.

Size 2? Is that even possible? That is so tiny that absolutely no one could read it. I really don't know why you couldn't change the font either. Maybe it's so tiny Word and JAWS can't even find it to get it selected. lol I really don't think that is possible either, but when things get really strange you have to wonder if anything dumb is impossible. :-)

area,No, I don't think that's it. JFW seems to read headers and footers OK. The font is Arial, size 2, which is not one FS told me was good for JFW. I don't seem to be able to change it, though, although I can change it other places. However, as no one else here seems to have this problem, perhaps I will ask elsewhere. Maybe it doesn't even matter, so long as Bookshare's translators can see the Arial font. It just makes it hard for me to check. Tracy

If you've changed the font type already, I'm not sure what the problemhassomeIs it maybe too big? Or striked out? I know color doesn't make a difference. When you're on a line with the header you can't read, does insert F announce any useful information at all? I honestly don't know the answer to your questions, but maybe answeringusuallyof these questions will spark a solution from someone else. Tiffany

Sometimes in Word, using Jaws, I can't read text that K1K can. Ithappens with titles, part and section headers, and such. I think itdoesn'ttodo with font,as FS tells me Jaws is pretty picky about that. However, changing the font in Word, under Format, to one I know JFW likesIsseem to help. Will Bookshare's translation tools see these headers, even if I can't?there a way to make them so I can see them with JFW, too? Thanks. Tracy
