She's back all right. I got three book approvals just this morning for books that had gone up to the approval queue in only the last day or two. Previously, while she was away, it took several days to get a notice. I wonder how it is that she is able to work so much more efficiently than those colleagues she mentioned. There are probably some books on Bookshare on that subject which could help them out. Hahaha!
