Hi Shelly,
What error are you getting when you try to open the files? If it's the
stupid "exception converter" message I've found a work-around. Open the file
in Word before sending it over to the BN, hit enter and backspace or do
something to make Word think the file has been altered, and then resave it.
Then transfer the file to the BN and see if that helped. The BN cannot
handle some files created by Office XP, so these need to be resaved.
As to the file size limit, there is no stated limit, it's a bug. However,
there is the limit set by the amount of free space the user has on their
system disk, which is 8 meg at most, and usually a good deal less, maybe 4
or 5 meg.
